Kirkpatrick's Training Evaluation

A partner and I conducted this training evaluation according the the Kirkpatrick model. The training was intended to decrease the cost of covering injuries on the job for Golden Key Construction company.

 

Our evaluation included level 1 reactionary information, level 2 measurement of knowledge obtained by learners through the training, level 3 observed behavior on the job, and level 4 results of the evaluation showing the overall impact of the training and return on investment.
